Emirati passport holders need a visa for Vietnam. That surprises some travellers, because an Emirati passport opens so many doors without one, but Vietnam has no exemption for UAE citizens, so the e-visa is the route. It is issued online by Vietnam's Immigration Department, whose portal accepts every nationality, and it covers a stay of up to 90 days. With us it costs USD 75 for a single entry or USD 100 for multiple entries, all-in.
Two documents are all the application needs: the photo page of your passport and a recent portrait taken against a white background, face straight to the camera and without glasses. We collect the details the portal asks for, such as where you will enter and leave Vietnam, your exit date and the hotel where you will stay, and a person on our team reviews everything before filing. There is no income proof, ticket or booking confirmation to upload.
Phú Quốc is the exception worth knowing. The island lets visitors of every nationality stay up to 30 days without a visa if they arrive there directly from abroad, or connect through another Vietnamese airport without leaving the transit area. There are no direct flights from the UAE, but connections through Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore land on the island directly. The rule covers Phú Quốc alone, though: a trip that also takes in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay or Ho Chi Minh City needs the e-visa.
Time the application to the trip. Because the 90 days begin on the day the e-visa is issued, apply two to three weeks before departure, not months in advance. The official processing time is three working days and we promise three to five, with extra time around Tet, Vietnam's new year in late January or February. Your passport should have 6 months left, and children under 14 listed in a parent's passport join that parent's e-visa.

Yes. Vietnam does not exempt Emirati passports, so you need a visa before you fly. The e-visa, issued online for up to 90 days with single or multiple entry, is the usual choice, and we file it for you.
Not a true one. Vietnam's airport counters only stamp approval letters arranged in advance by a local sponsor. The e-visa does the same job officially and is ready before you board.
Up to 90 days, counted from the day the visa is issued rather than the day you arrive. Choose single entry for one visit, or multiple entry if you will leave and come back during the trip.
Yes, for up to 30 days, if you fly into the island directly from abroad, for example from Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. It covers Phú Quốc only; the rest of Vietnam needs the e-visa.
