Who's behind eVisaplanet
Who we are
eVisaplanet is run by Kite Star Tourism, a travel services firm based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We process UAE e-visa applications for travellers across India and beyond, working with a fulfilment partner network in the UAE to get applications in front of the right immigration channel. We're a small, hands-on team — not a call centre, and not a government office.
A STRAIGHT ANSWER ABOUT WHO WE ARE
eVisaplanet is a private visa agency operated by Kite Star Tourism. We are not a government body, and we charge a service fee for preparing, checking and submitting your application.
Why we check every document by hand
A rejected visa application doesn't just cost a fee — it can cost you your trip, your dates, and sometimes a change fee on flights and hotels already booked. That's a bad trade for everyone, which is why we never forward an application blind. A person on our team looks at your passport details, your photo, and your travel dates before your case goes anywhere, and before you pay a rupee toward our service fee. Catching a problem before submission is far better than hearing about it from immigration after.

How we handle your documents
Your passport copy and photo are stored on our own secured server for the purpose of processing your visa — never sold or shared beyond what's needed to submit your application. Once your case is complete, those documents are automatically deleted 6 months later. Full details are on our privacy page.
