Who we are
eVisaPlanet is the online visa brand of Kite Star Tourism, a Dubai-based inbound tour operator licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism since 2021. Because we are a licensed UAE tour operator, we process UAE visit visas through the official immigration channel with our own quota — the same channel airlines and hotels use — rather than passing your application through middlemen. We serve travellers worldwide, with a particular focus on Indian passport holders living in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. We're a small, hands-on team in Dubai — not a call centre, and not a government office.

We collect your details and documents online, a person on our team checks them within 24 hours, we submit the application through Kite Star Tourism's licensed immigration channel, and we email you the visa PDF when it is issued.
Who makes the visa decision?
UAE immigration authorities alone. We cannot influence, guarantee or appeal a decision; we can only make sure your application is complete and correct before it is submitted.

Why we check every document by hand
A rejected visa application doesn't just cost a fee — it can cost you your trip, your dates, and sometimes a change fee on flights and hotels already booked. That's a bad trade for everyone, which is why we never forward an application blind. A person on our team looks at your passport details, your photo, and your travel dates before your case goes anywhere — and if we find a problem, you get a full refund of your service fee. Catching a problem before submission is far better than hearing about it from immigration after.

How we handle your documents
Your passport copy and photo are stored on our own secured server for the purpose of processing your visa — never sold or shared beyond what's needed to submit your application. Once your case is complete, those documents are automatically deleted 6 months later. Full details are on our privacy page.
