Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Kite Star Tourism (DET Dubai License No. 978848), Office No. 1609, Musalla Tower, Sharaf DG Metro Exit-4, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"), owner of the eVisaPlanet brand, is the data controller. Contact: hello@evisaplanet.com.

2. What we collect

What you enter when you apply: your email (verified by a sign-in code), a WhatsApp number, and for each traveller the name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, passport expiry date and travel date, plus the documents you upload (passport photo page, photograph). If you tick "Save this traveller for next time", we keep that traveller's details (never their documents) in your account until you delete them.

3. Why

Solely to prepare, check and submit your UAE visa application and to communicate with you about it. Legal basis: your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form) and performance of the service you request.

When you upload your passport page we read its machine-readable lines to fill in the form for you; you can correct anything we read. An automatic check on our own server compares your passport's machine-readable lines with what you typed and checks the photo's quality (a face, a plain background, sharpness). No third party is involved and a person always decides.

4. Who sees it

Our small processing team in Dubai — each member with their own login and a second sign-in factor; every time a team member opens your passport file it is recorded — the immigration authorities of the destination you apply for (only what they require to decide your visa; at present: UAE immigration (GDRFA Dubai and the ICP)), and our card payment processor, Network International (N-Genius Online), Dubai, UAE, which handles your card details on its own secure page — we never see or store your card number; we receive only the payment result, the card type and its last four digits. We never sell or rent your data.

5. Where it lives

On our own secured server. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. How long

Documents and passport data are automatically deleted 6 months after an application reaches its final status. Basic records (reference number, name, dates, status, payment) are kept for legal and accounting purposes. An order you start but do not submit is deleted with its files after 7 days. Saved traveller details stay until you delete them or 24 months after your last sign-in. Sign-in codes are deleted after a day.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion at any time — email hello@evisaplanet.com with your reference number and we will erase your data completely, usually within 72 hours. Deleting your account on the account page removes your saved travellers and signs you out everywhere; applications and payments stay for the period above because they are business records — email us for full erasure.

8. Cookies and similar storage

Essential (always on): when you sign in we set one first-party cookie (evp_session, 30 days) that keeps you signed in; your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser. Nothing here tracks you across other websites.

Optional (only if you choose "Allow all"): analytics and marketing cookies from Google (Google Analytics / Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that tell us which pages help people and whether our adverts work. Until you allow them, no such cookie is set and Google Consent Mode keeps every tag in the "denied" state. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

9. Which laws apply

We process your data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR / EU GDPR also protect you, and the rights in section 7 apply in full.
