1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

What you enter in the application form (name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, travel date, email, phone/WhatsApp) and the documents you upload (passport photo page, photograph).

3. Why

Solely to prepare, check and submit your UAE visa application and to communicate with you about it. Legal basis: your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form) and performance of the service you request.

4. Who sees it

Our small processing team and our UAE fulfilment partner (only what immigration requires). We never sell or rent your data.

5. Where it lives

On our own secured server. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. How long

Documents and passport data are automatically deleted 6 months after your application reaches its final status. Basic records (reference number, name, dates, status) are kept for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion at any time — email hello@evisaplanet.com with your reference number and we will erase your data completely, usually within 72 hours.

8. Cookies

The website itself sets no tracking cookies. Your application progress is saved only in your own browser.
