From application to visa PDF, step by step
No black box. Here's exactly what happens after you hit apply — and why a human looks at your file before anything is submitted.

Apply online
Answer a short set of questions — your name as it appears on your passport, nationality, and travel dates — then upload your passport photo page and a recent photo. Most people finish from their phone in about 10 minutes.

Human check, within 24 hours
A real person on our team opens your file and looks at it properly: does the passport number you typed match the passport page, is the photo actually usable (in focus, plain background, no sunglasses or filters), and do your travel dates leave enough time before your passport expires. This isn't a formality — it's the step that catches problems early.

Payment link
Once your documents pass the check, we send a secure payment link. It shows the total clearly before you pay — nothing is charged before this point.

Submission — 2–4 working days
We submit your checked application through our UAE-based fulfilment partner network. Most applications are processed in 2 to 4 working days; public holidays on either side can add a day or two, and we'll tell you if that applies to you.

Visa PDF by email
The moment UAE immigration issues your visa, we email you the PDF. Save it to your phone or print it — either is fine to carry for check-in and arrival.
If we spot a problem — a mismatched passport number, a photo that won't be accepted, dates that don't add up — we tell you before you pay. That's the whole point of checking first.
