From application to visa PDF, step by step
No black box. Here's exactly what happens after you hit apply — and why a human looks at your file before anything is submitted.

Apply online
Answer a short set of questions — your name as it appears on your passport, nationality, and travel dates — then upload your passport photo page and a recent photo. Most people finish from their phone in about 10 minutes.

Secure card payment
At the end of the form you pay by card on Network International's secure page — the same bank-grade processor used across the UAE. The total is shown clearly before you pay, in US dollars with tax included. If we later find we can't proceed with your application, you get a full refund.

Human check, within 24 hours
A real person on our team opens your file and looks at it properly: does the passport number you typed match the passport page, is the photo actually usable (in focus, plain background, no sunglasses or filters), and do your travel dates leave enough time before your passport expires. This isn't a formality — it's the step that catches problems early.

Submission — 2–4 working days
As a licensed Dubai tour operator, we submit your checked application through the official UAE immigration channel using our own quota. Most applications are processed in 2 to 4 working days; public holidays on either side can add a day or two, and we'll tell you if that applies to you.

Visa PDF by email
The moment UAE immigration issues your visa, we email you the PDF. Save it to your phone or print it — either is fine to carry for check-in and arrival.
If we spot a problem — a mismatched passport number, a photo that won't be accepted, dates that don't add up — we tell you before we submit anything, and you get a full refund. That's the whole point of checking by hand.
Check your visa on the government portal
Our visas are issued through our Dubai quota, so they are on record with GDRFA Dubai — confirm yours on its free status inquiry page, no account needed. A Dubai visa does not appear on the federal ICP Smart Services check, which covers visas issued in the other six emirates. Step-by-step guide →
