Refund Policy

1. Before payment: free

Our document check costs nothing. If we spot a problem, or you change your mind, you owe nothing.

2. Paid, not yet submitted: full refund

If you cancel after paying but before we submit to immigration, we refund the full amount to your payment method.

3. After submission: non-refundable

Once submitted, immigration fees are consumed whether or not the visa is granted, so payments are non-refundable from that point.

4. If your visa is rejected

Immigration decisions are outside any agency's control and fees are not returned by the authorities. We will explain the stated reason where available and advise you honestly on whether reapplying makes sense.
