1. Who we are

eVisaplanet is operated by Kite Star Tourism, 616, Cliffton Corporate, A B Road, Scheme Number 78, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, 452012. We are a private visa agency, not a government body.

2. What we do

We prepare, check and submit UAE visa applications through our UAE-based fulfilment partner. Visa issuance decisions are made solely by UAE immigration authorities; no agency can guarantee approval.

3. Your responsibilities

Information and documents you submit must be accurate and yours. Submitting false documents leads to rejection and is a criminal matter in most countries.

4. Payment

You pay only after our document check, via the secure payment link we send. Prices are confirmed before payment.

5. Processing times

Typical processing is 2–4 working days after submission; immigration can take longer in individual cases and during holidays.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for costs of travel booked before your visa is issued — please do not book non-refundable travel until you hold your visa.
