1. Who we are

eVisaPlanet is a brand and website owned and operated by Kite Star Tourism, a licensed Inbound Tour Operator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Department of Economy and Tourism License No. 978848). We are a private travel company, not a government body; we charge a service fee for preparing, checking and submitting your visa application. Visa decisions are made solely by the immigration authorities of the destination. Registered office: Office No. 1609, Musalla Tower, Sharaf DG Metro Exit-4, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What we do

As a licensed UAE tour operator, we prepare, check and submit UAE visit-visa applications through the official immigration channel. Visa issuance decisions are made solely by UAE immigration authorities; no agency can guarantee approval.

3. Your responsibilities

Information and documents you submit must be accurate and yours. Submitting false documents leads to rejection and is a criminal matter in most countries.

4. Payment

You pay at the end of the application form by card, on the secure hosted page of our payment processor, Network International (N-Genius Online), Dubai, UAE. The total is shown before you pay. All displayed prices are in US dollars and include all applicable taxes; you receive a receipt by email for every payment. Card payments are processed in UAE dirhams (AED) at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 3.67 AED — the AED amount is shown before you pay, and your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees. If our document check finds that we cannot proceed with your application, we refund the full amount (see the Refund Policy).

5. Processing times

Typical processing is 2–4 working days after submission; immigration can take longer in individual cases and during holidays.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for costs of travel booked before your visa is issued — please do not book non-refundable travel until you hold your visa.
