UAE Visa for Venezuelan Citizens

More Venezuelans now live outside Venezuela than almost any other nationality in the Americas, scattered across Spain, Colombia, the United States and increasingly the Gulf, where Dubai's open business environment has attracted entrepreneurs relocating capital and, in some cases, building crypto-related ventures. If you hold a Venezuelan passport, your visa requirement follows your nationality wherever you're currently living — a visa still needs to be arranged before you fly to the UAE, regardless of which country you're applying from.

Venezuela isn't part of the UAE's visa-waiver list, and that hasn't changed despite how much the country's outbound travel patterns have shifted in recent years.
