30-Day Tourist Visa
The classic Dubai holiday visa — enough for a full trip, shopping and desert nights.

Venezuelan passport holders need a pre-arranged visa to enter the UAE.
More Venezuelans now live outside Venezuela than almost any other nationality in the Americas, scattered across Spain, Colombia, the United States and increasingly the Gulf, where Dubai's open business environment has attracted entrepreneurs relocating capital and, in some cases, building crypto-related ventures. If you hold a Venezuelan passport, your visa requirement follows your nationality wherever you're currently living — a visa still needs to be arranged before you fly to the UAE, regardless of which country you're applying from.
Venezuela isn't part of the UAE's visa-waiver list, and that hasn't changed despite how much the country's outbound travel patterns have shifted in recent years. What has changed is that we now process applications from Venezuelan citizens based in a dozen different countries, not just from Caracas or Maracaibo — the online process works the same way no matter where you're submitting from.
For families split across borders by years of migration, Dubai has become something of a meeting point — relatively easy to reach from Europe, the Americas and the Gulf alike, which makes it a practical place for relatives to reunite even when nobody involved still lives in Venezuela. The same tourist visa covers that kind of family reunion as it does a standalone holiday.
Every Venezuelan application is checked by a person before submission, and because so many of our applicants are applying from a country other than Venezuela, we pay particular attention to passport validity and photo requirements that can vary depending on where you're physically applying from — flagging anything that looks off well before it becomes a problem at Dubai immigration.

Yes — nationality determines the visa requirement, not your country of residence, so you can apply from wherever you're currently based.
No — Venezuela is not on the UAE's visa-on-arrival list, so the visa needs to be approved before you travel, not collected at the airport.
