When must I enter?
You must enter the UAE within 14 days of the visa being issued — a shorter window than the tourist visas, so apply once your connecting flight times are confirmed.

Processing time
2–4 working days after your documents pass our human check, which happens within 24 hours of applying. UAE public holidays can add a day or two. Your visa PDF arrives by email the moment immigration issues it.

Do I need an onward flight to apply?
Yes — a confirmed onward ticket departing the UAE is a required document for this visa, alongside your passport photo page and a recent photo.
How soon after issue must I enter the UAE?
Within 14 days of the visa being issued — noticeably shorter than the 58-day window on tourist visas, so apply once your flight itinerary is fixed.
What if my application is refused?
