What a refusal means
A visa refusal is a decision made by UAE immigration — not by us. We prepare, check and submit your application through the immigration channel using our own quota as a licensed Dubai tour operator, but the decision on whether to issue a visa sits entirely with UAE immigration. There’s no process we can file on your behalf to change that decision. What we can do is explain what we know about your case and help you think through what to do next, honestly.
It’s a small comfort, but it’s worth saying plainly: a refusal is not a judgement on you personally — it means that, for this application, on this occasion, immigration decided not to issue the visa. Whether reapplying makes sense depends on the stated reason where we have one, and we’ll tell you honestly rather than assume either way. That’s why the sections below separate the money question from the “what now” question, since one doesn’t necessarily follow the other.
Money: what is and isn’t refunded
If our document check finds a problem we can’t fix with you, or you’re not eligible for the visa you chose, you get a full refund before anything is submitted. If you change your mind after paying but before we submit, that’s also a full refund, and it usually appears on your statement within 5–10 working days through our payment processor. Once we’ve submitted your application, though, immigration fees are consumed whether or not the visa is granted, so that stage is non-refundable — including if the outcome is a refusal. Immigration decisions sit outside any agency’s control, and fees aren’t returned by the authorities at that point either.
Why we check by hand first
Before anything is submitted, a person on our team opens your file and checks it properly, within 24 hours of you paying: does the passport number you typed match your passport page, is your photo actually usable, and do your travel dates leave enough validity on your passport. This is the point where a refund is still available if something’s wrong — which is exactly why we do it by hand rather than sending applications straight through. Catching a problem here, before submission, is better for you than an application going forward with something that shouldn’t have been submitted in the first place.
Common reasons applications are refused
We don’t get a breakdown of every reason UAE immigration refuses an application — that decision, and the reasoning behind it, sits entirely on their side, and we don’t see the full picture for each individual case. Categories that come up include a passport that doesn’t have enough validity left, documents that are unclear or hard to read, details on the form that don’t match the passport exactly, and a previous immigration history with the UAE. This isn’t a ranking and it isn’t complete — it’s a general picture, not a rulebook, and none of it means any one applicant will be refused.
Should you reapply?
Sometimes reapplying is worth it, sometimes it isn’t — it depends on the reason behind the refusal and whether it’s something that can realistically be addressed before you apply again. When you get in touch with your reference number, we’ll look at what we know about your case and tell you honestly whether we think reapplying makes sense, rather than simply taking another application fee from you regardless of your chances.
What to do right now
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your reference number, and tell us what you’d like to know — the reason if we have it, whether a refund applies to your case, or whether reapplying is worth considering. If a refund is due, it’s processed within 7 working days from when we receive your request. We’d rather give you a straight answer now than have you spend more time and money on an application that isn’t likely to change anything.
Keep your reference number handy — it’s how we find your file quickly and give you a proper answer instead of a generic one. If you’re not sure where to find it, it’s in the confirmation email we sent when you applied.
