What “2–4 working days” counts from
When we say your visa is processed in “2–4 working days,” that clock starts once we submit your application through the immigration channel — not the moment you pay. Applying online takes most people around 10 minutes: your details, your passport photo page and your photo. After you pay by card on Network International’s secure page, a person on our team opens your file and checks it by hand within 24 hours: they look at whether your typed passport number matches the photo page, whether your uploaded photo is usable, and whether your travel dates leave enough passport validity. Only once that check is done, and you’re clear, do we submit — using our own quota as a licensed Dubai tour operator. The 2–4 working days applies from that submission point, and the moment your visa is issued, we email you the PDF.
So the time from hitting “apply” to holding your visa is really three stretches stacked together: the few minutes on the form, the human check within 24 hours, and then 2–4 working days of processing. Knowing where the clock actually starts helps you pick a realistic date to apply by, rather than counting from the day you paid.
Working days in Dubai
Working days exclude the UAE weekend and UAE public holidays. UAE public holidays fall on different dates each year, and can add a little time on either side of the days we quote. We can’t tell you in advance exactly which days will be affected in your case; if it’s relevant to your file, we’ll flag it when we’re in touch.
Validity is not the same as stay
This is the part people mix up most: the window you have to enter the UAE on your visa is not the same as how long you’re allowed to stay once you’re in. Your visa is valid for entry for a fixed number of days after it’s issued — once that window closes, the visa itself can no longer be used to enter. Your stay length is separate, and it only starts counting from the day you actually cross immigration, not from the day the visa was issued.

So a 30-day tourist visa issued today gives you 58 days to enter — you don’t lose any of your 30 days by entering on day 40 rather than day 5. The 30 days themselves only start ticking once you’re actually in the country.
When to apply
We suggest applying 2–3 weeks before you travel. That gives comfortable room for the human check, any document fix if something needs correcting, and the 2–4 working days of processing itself, without you watching the calendar closely. Your travel dates are part of the application, so it helps to have them settled before you start the form rather than filling them in provisionally.
If your travel dates change
If your plans shift after you’ve paid but before we’ve submitted your application, message us on WhatsApp with your reference number as soon as you know — we can usually work with you on it at that stage. Once we’ve submitted to immigration, we can no longer change what went in, so it’s worth double-checking your dates before that point rather than after. If we find we can’t proceed with your application at all, or you decide not to travel before submission, our refund policy covers both situations.
What we cannot promise
Processing times are typical, not something we or anyone else can promise — immigration can take longer in individual cases and during holiday periods, and the decision on whether to issue your visa is UAE immigration’s alone. We check your documents carefully before we submit precisely because that’s the one part we can control; what happens after submission is out of our hands, and out of any agency’s hands.
