What is Singapore SG Arrival Card?

The Singapore SG Arrival Card is a digital document that travelers must fill out within a three-day window prior to their entry into the country. This digital card simplifies the arrival procedure for all incoming visitors.

It serves a dual purpose as both a customs declaration and an electronic health declaration, requesting details about declared items upon arrival and your current health condition. It supersedes the conventional paper disembarkation/embarkation card previously necessary for entry into Singapore.

Who needs to submit Singapore Arrival Card?

All travelers (including minors) must complete the SG Arrival Card prior to their arrival in Singapore, except in the following cases:

Individuals transiting or transferring through Singapore without requiring immigration clearance.

Residents, including Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and Long-Term Pass holders*, traveling through Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints.

Required Documents

A valid passport copy is required with a minimum of 6 months validity. Please upload the scanned copy of your passport in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format.
