Return and Refund Policy
- Fees remitted to the government are non-refundable.
- Once your order status transitions to “The government is reviewing your application,” you are ineligible for a refund, irrespective of the processing time chosen (Standard, Rush, or Super-Rush). Should the government decline your application, then you will be eligible for partial refund except government fees.
